Ingredients

  • 100 ml milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 pack vanilla sugar

  • 3 TBS gluten free flour (4 if it’s Wiechert)

  • 100 g cream cheese

  • 20 g Nutella

Directions

  • Whisk the eggs with vanilla sugar, milk and a pinch of salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add in the flour
  • Spray a crepe pan (or a usual non-stick frying pan) with baking spray and heat it up.
    Cook crepes one at a time. From this amount of batter it must come out 4 to 5 crepes (my pan size is 26 cm). The larger you stretch the crepe the thinner they’ll be. It also depends on the amount of batter you’ll use, so you will want to experiment a little bit to find out what is good for you.
  • In another bowl mix in the cream cheese with Nutella.
  • Fill your crepes with the Nutella cream cheese cream and serve them with whatever fruits you prefer.
