Ingredients

  • 760 g turkey breast

  • 1 onion

  • 250 ml white dry wine

  • 3 red bell peppers

  • 3 TBS olive oil

  • 1 TS dry parsley

  • 1 TS paprika powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 250 g champignon mushroom

Directions

  • Cut the turkey breast in small cubes.
  • Cut the onion in quarters.
  • Put the meat and the onion in one bowl and add salt and pepper. Pour over the wine and cover the meat and let it marinate for 8 to 12 hours, better let it over night. If there is no time than marinate the meat for minimum 2 hours.
  • Short before grilling cut the red sweet pepper in squares.
  • Wash and cut the mushrooms (if necessary).
  • In a small bowl mix the paprika powder with the dry parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil and coat the vegetables with this sauce.
  • Prepare the skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 20 minutes on medium to high heat. With the remaining marinade you can spray the skewers from time to time.
